Literature Review -Capstone Change Project Evaluation Plan

Students will conduct a literature review to locate research that supports the topic of their capstone project. They will use the PICOT framework to focus their search and locate relevant studies. They will utilize the databases subscribed to by their educational institution and Google Scholar. They will investigate articles that are published in any country and written in English over a ten-year lookback period.

Students will create a “Critical Appraisal of a Literature Study” (CAPS) for each article. The next step is to search the literature for information that supports the PICOT question and critically evaluate each article.
